PRIVACY POLICY:
We collect your information when you place an order or
sign up for our newsletter and we will never sell or give it away
to any other companies. We don't keep your credit card information
on file and if you pay online via PayPal we don't even have access
to it.
We may contact you by email or by phone regarding your order.
If you subscribed to our newsletter, you can opt out any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
ORDER PROCESSING AND PAYMENT INFO:
After you go through the checkout process, we will
send you a confirmation email with your order summary. We accept payments via PayPal website where you can pay with your credit or debit card
or your PayPal account. We chose to use PayPal services
because they offer convenient and secure credit card processing.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. We do
our best to keep availability information current on the site, but
occasionally we do run out of items. In this case, we will notify you within
1-2 business days. In most cases we can get the item to you in additional
7-10 business day; otherwise we will offer a substitute, a store credit or a refund.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
You may return or exchange merchandise within
30 days from shipment date. All items must be in original packaging,
in new condition with the original tags, receipt, all warranty cards,
manuals and accessories. You may receive a refund, replacement or
store credit (Gift Certificate). Original shipping charges will not
be refunded unless the item is defective. Returns may be sent by US Standard Mail or UPS Ground shipping.
Returns/Exchanges must be sent freight prepaid. We do not accept COD's, do not send call tags or accept 3rd party billing.
If your return is due to our error, we will reimburse your shipping costs for ground/standard shipping only.
Sale products may be returned only when defective. Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged
at our retail store.
If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, your claim needs to be handled through the shipping company.
SHIPPING:
United States: we ship for free orders of over $50 (before tax if applicable)
via USPS Priority Mail (except for oversized items). For orders under $50 we charge
$5.00 flat shipping rate.
All international orders including Canada will be charged a flat rate of $20 regardless of order size.
OVERSIZED ITEMS:
Oversized items such as sufboards, surfboard bags, bodyboards,
skimboards and longboard skateboards are subject to additional shipping fee.
TAX & DUTY:
If your order is being shipped outside of Washington
State, no sales tax will be charged.
We will add applicable local sales tax to all orders shipped within
Washington State. For international orders, we are not responsible for duty, taxes or fees that you may be required to pay in the destination country.
